Frontline professionals are increasingly keen to learn from lived experience - to go beyond the textbook and immerse themselves in the raw, complicated reality of what it is like to be at the receiving end of services. To understand how to make lasting change that matters. Having been on both sides of the table, first as a child in care and later as a child protection social worker, Rebekah's strength lies in being able to provide a unique duality of lived and professional experience. Her work combines not just the 'why' but also the 'what next', allowing time and space to reflect on the personal, before moving onto actionable steps that can be taken to improve practice at an individual and systemic level.
